Seine 5

This is the Musée de la Légion d'honneur, aka the Palace of the Legion of Honor. Built in 1782 it was originally the home of Frederick III, Prince of Salm-Kyrburg. In 1804 it was taken over by the government and changed to the Musée de la Légion d'honneur. It's the offices of France's Legion of Honor, and a place where it's members can congregate.
