The ride has 32 capsules and it takes 30 minutes to do a full rotation. The Eye doesn't stop for you to get on, you have to board as your pod swings by. Now the capsules move slowly so this doesn't require acrobatics, but it's still a tiny bit of a nervous moment when it's your turn.
