Bath 5

















Some of the notable sights are the Pulteney Bridge that crosses the River Avon. It was completed in 1774 and designed by Robert Adam, named after Frances Pulteney, wife of William Johnstone who was a wealthy Scottish lawyer and Member of Parliament. The bridge was designed with the Rialto Bridge in mind. It's always neat when different parts of our tour converge.
