Surprise! Another church. This time St. Paul's Cathedral, one of the most historic and famous buildings in London. The history of Saint Paul's reaches all the way back to 604 when a church was erected on the site in honor of Paul the Apostle. In 1087 the original abbey burned down, so they built a new one that opened in 1300. That version was shaped like the current one, but it didn't have a dome. Then in 1666 it burned down again. It wouldn't be complete until 1711, and that's what stands today.
