Then the Guard going on duty come marching out and form up. There are five regiments of Queen's Guards as they are known. The Grenadier Guards, Coldstream Guards, Scots Guards, Irish Guards, and Welsh Guards. They are distinguishable by subtle differences in their uniforms that I could't pick out but John assured us this was the Grenadier Guards relieving the Scots Guards.
