London, Buckingham Palace 4

Having been through so many intricately detailed and decorated locations up to this point, Buckingham Palace itself felt a little underwhelming. The grounds were pretty though. This is the Victoria Monument, completed in 1924 and as the name suggests dedicated to Queen Victoria. It features Winged Victory at the top in gold, surrounded by bronze statues symbolizing constancy,  courage, motherhood, justice and truth.
