We had a late lunch after the glass blowing exhibition. On the way into Venice Bernie had mentioned the favorite drink in Venice was the Aperol Spritz. So of course we had to try it. You mix Prosecco, Aperol, and a little soda water. It turns out bright orange, it's good stuff!
