At this point I learned a few things. First the changing of the guard doesn't happen every day, it only happens a few times a week. Secondly, there is a whole other guard changing ceremony revolving around the Household Cavalry. I had never heard of this before and found it very cool.
This is Horse Guards, that's the name of the building, not the men.
