Flame On

When then drove past the Flamme de la Liberté. A full sized replica of the flaming bit of Lady Liberty's torch. The Flame of Liberty was given to Paris in 1989 by the International Herald Tribune to celebrate 100 years of publishing. It's mostly notable because Princess Dianna died just underneath it. You can see the road beyond and how it dips down into a tunnel below. This became the unofficial memorial for the Princess to the point a lot of people think it was put up for her.
