The way to the top of the castle involves climbing a long, long circular staircase with narrow walls and they don't mess around warning you about it. Along with this sign there was a warning about people with claustrophobia and heart conditions as well as a big arrow pointing to an AED. So cheery stuff to get you motivated. Of the four of us I was the only one who tried it but I got in line and waited, and waited, and waited and finally got to the "point of no return" and decided I wasn't going to spend all day doing this.
However, Carol assured us that blowing a kiss to the stone from the ground counted just as much so we're sticking with that.
