Both sides of the peace wall are covered in political messages. You can see the stark contrast in themes. On the Irish side most of the panels are about oppressed people and emancipators. Including this one with Frederick Douglass, MLK, Nelson Mandela, Bob Marley, and others. This includes (and I quote the cabbie, who said the artist must have been drunk) "The worst picture of Obama ever done." That's him in the far upper left, and yeah. If I hadn't been told who it was that wouldn't have been my first guess.
