Bus Pass

And finally the National Monument of Scotland, known locally as Scotland's Folley. It was supposed to be a large complex complete with a fully replicated Parthenon much like Nashville. In 1822 they got the tower built, which is a tribute to Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson, and then ran out of money. So up there hidden in the trees are a couple of half built monuments a few pillars that would have been the Parthenon. Since then in 1901, 1907, 1908, 1918, 2004, and 2008 various attempts have been made to finish or repurpose them, but all have failed due to lack of funds and general public disinterest.
