After that we had just a short time to wander around Belfast. Here's Mari and I in front of the beautiful City Hall. Between what Carol told us on the Trafalgar tour and our cabbie guide, the long history of trouble between Ireland and England became something much more real and it's certainly an undercurrent that runs through all of Irish society.
