This is also where we got our first introduction to something that would become a problem many times throughout our adventure, spiral stairwells with close walls, low ceilings and narrow, uneven steps. They were done this way intentionally to make tourists nervous and fall down a lot. Either that or make it hard to invade. One or the other.
