We were then taken into one of the dining halls where over the course of several hours we got served a true Italian meal spanning at least seven courses. Everything was locally sourced and hand made in the kitchens, even the various wines were all from local vineyards. The food was amazing (they also had a great gluten free version for Mom), the wine was all you could drink, and we were entertained between each course.
