And so we came to the end of the Trafalgar tour, here at Ballyknocken House. This was our farewell dinner at a farmhouse run by a Irish celebrity chief named Catherine Fulvio. Carol said usually she isn't there but we got lucky and got to be entertained by Catherine herself, who was a very peppy, charming lady. It made for a fun evening and a nice cap to our time with our tour buddies.
