We really had no idea what to expect going into Malzard's, but it turned out to be one of the most fun nights we had in Ireland. It felt like a real taste of local life with local people telling us their stories, sharing their lives and livelihoods. The wine and beer didn't hurt either.
So it was, that a bunch of soused tourists made their way to the Fitzwilton Hotel in Waterford to stay the night.
