Dirty Limerick

Last on the Limerick drive-by was King John's castle. This version was built in 1200 by King John of England but it was used as a fortified fort all the way back to 922 by the Vikings. Sometimes it's hard to really wrap your head around the time scale of these things. You know, just 1,097 years ago.
