The final leg of the tour was through wine country, driving through rows and rows of large vineyards and making a stop at the Niagara College Teaching Winery, Brewery, Distillery & Cidery. Quite a title. It's a very prestigious program that teaches both how to make alcoholic beverages and how to run and manage the farms and businesses around those products.
