Virtual Learning

Getting trained on the new (to me) release of VMware ESX 6. I got certified on 4, but there's been some big changes between what we are on now (5.1) and 6 so it was time to get a little refresher. It's an online course and I have my three favorite helpers along in case I need assistance.

Spring is here, and thanks to Kurt's care of the lawn we have a small jungle growing.

Unmasked

Today's live theater excursion was to Phantom of the Opera, which I had seen before but Mari hadn't. It was not Mari's cup of tea, and as for me it was kind of like remembering an old TV show fondly then seeing it again years later and realize how cheesy it actually was. Still, theater and dinner is never bad when it ends in our favorite restaurant. Sometimes we joke the plays are just an excuse to get to go to Maggiano's, and it might not be far from the truth.

With a notch in the back for the glass to set in. They turned out really well, can't wait to see them with glass, we're hoping to go pick some out this weekend at a local store.

The kitchen remodel slowly marches on, we're now cutting out some of the cabinet doors so they go from this....

Crawling

The Art Crawl, the bulk of which took place upstairs in the Arcade. I don't think it was quite what we were expecting, but we still got to experience new things and see some good art.

Hitting up the Nashville Art Crawl tonight, and starting it out with dinner at Amerigo. The general consensus was good, but Maggiano's is still the best.

One Small Step

Super Tuesday, time to vote in the primary. One step closer to the end of all this campaign bullshit, and the end of a particular orange candidate.
