Same Raider

I just finished the third entry in the rebooted Tomb Raider series. Another solid game but it's starting to wear a little thin.

Swooping In

Dad and I "swooped" the fence to match the rest using a Japanese hand saw. Once you got the rhythm down it was surprisingly easy.

Patchwork

It took until almost 9:30 but our fence is whole again. We'll do the "swooping" later. Long day but satisfying to get so much done.

Energizered

I had planned on coming home from work and starting the process of getting things cleared. The goal was to have it done by the weekend. I should have known better with my energizer bunny of a father, who came down and did about 75% of the work by himself. Thanks Dad!

So we cleaned up what little was left and decided to go ahead and fix the fence while we were at it.

Splits

After a big storm last night James came crashing down on our fence. This isn't an uncommon occurrence though this is the first time it's damaged anything. Unfortunately the tree about split in half and will probably need to be removed completely.

Getting Dark Again

Finished Darksiders 3. I'm a big fan of this series and was pleasantly surprised when this game was announced after the original makers went out of business. You never know when a new company takes over an IP. Well the third wasn't quite as good as the first two, but I still enjoyed it and I really hope they finish the series with a fourth entry.

Tara's Tree

Casie and John sent us a memorial magnolia tree for Tara. We moved it into this large pot to grow up strong while we decide where it will permanently live in the yard.

Quite Possible

After getting gas we decided to jump on the bandwagon and try the Impossible Whopper. Mari and I both thought it was really good! Stamp of approval given.

Go Cheap

When them Kroger points really pay off. 8 bucks to fill a 22 gallon tank with mid-grade.
