Preds vs Blues

One of the best games we've been to. Preds shut them out 5-0 with a hat trick from Forsberg. That's the ice staff cleaning up the hats.

We came home from work to find a feathery explosion all over the back deck, we suspect fowl play.

Short For A Rebel

Our friends Leilani and Jason turned me on to this indie game and Mari got it for me for Valentine's Day (do I have a great wife or what?) It was fun but fairly short. Then again it was made by a team of just two guys so in that perspective it was impressive.

That Sound

Went to Motown with Mari today, it started out a little shaky but got progressively better. The kid they got to play Michael Jackson during the Jackson 5 era was amazing.

Let's Go For 20

Our shiny new A/C unit. We went Rheem again since we had such good luck with the last one. It was also nice that Lee Company could get out so quickly and do the work. Us poor, spoiled folk had to be cold for an entire day, OMG! Well, except for the fireplace.

The Inevitable Happens

For many years we've been warned our A/C unit is on it's last legs, but it kept chugging along. Well it finally died today. We're spoiled though, our little gas fireplace does a good job heating the place and at least it happened in the winter not the summer.

Preds vs Capitols

Wasn't a very good match, we lost 5-3 and it shouldn't have been that close how poorly the Preds played, but always a good time going down to the arena with my Dad.

Pony Express

Superbowl 50 watched with good company. The right team won this time too, and hopefully Manning will go out on top. Much like my gluten free Chex Mix which turned out really good.

Crying Again

If you had asked me before playing to choose between GTA4 and FC4 I'd have chosen GTA, but now having played both I enjoyed FC much more. For whatever that's worth. Great game mechanics with a decent story.

Silver Age

 

Hard to believe but Snicker Snack ushers in the next age of phone, with my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. That's six phones in eight years!

WOTM

It's going to be nearly impossible to top how great January was, but we'll try.
