Getting Defensive

My second Metro class, Defensive Driving. Required for any employee who might submit mileage. I was hoping for high speed J turns in the parking lot, but no, it's all classroom work. 7 hours of classroom work. I don't think it took me that long to learn to drive in the first place.

Exchange This

This screen probably doesn't look like much to most, but it's one of the best things I've ever seen on a monitor. This project has taken forever and been one of the most frustrating things I've ever done in my IT career, but it's finally done. Success! Done I tell you, done!

Went with Mari, Casie, and John to see Alice in Wonderland at the 3D IMAX in Opry Mills. Really good, and unlike Up in 3D, the glasses didn't give me a headache.

Took Thursday off work to spend with the East Coast/West Coast family gathering, and started it off right with a good southern breakfast.

Tankless Job

Our 13 year old water heater finally gave up yesterday, Lee Company was great as always. They came right out, we figured out what we wanted and could afford, and by the time we got home from work today it was done. That big empty space has been replaced by a tiny tankless unit that they mounted under the house.
